L804 is a spacious ground-floor condo set in a peaceful location with quick access to the Pacifico pools.  This two-bedroom condo has sleeping space for four and 2 full bathrooms.  

⁣The condo opens to an updated, contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 4.  Just past the kitchen is a dining area for 6 with a beautiful credenza.  The dining area flows to the comfortable living area with a flat-screen TV and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that open to your private terrace.  Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverages at the outdoor dining table or catch up on that book you’ve been meaning to read … you’re on vacation after all!

⁣The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a large walk-in closet, and a large shower.  The second bedroom is at the front of the unit just off the second full bathroom.  This bedroom has two twin beds and ample closet space.      ⁣

Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR takes one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.
