The Space
This beautiful, 3-bedroom corner condo sits perched above the quieter side of the Lifestyle condos in PACIFICO.  Tranquil colors, fresh linens, comfortable furniture and a beautiful shaded terrace make this unit a great choice for groups looking for a place for rest and relaxation after a day of exploring all that Costa Rica has to offer!

The condo opens to a large, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for 5.  You can also serve up a meal in the dining area, with seating for 6.  The dining space flows into the large living area with a flatscreen TV and access to the large covered terrace.  The outdoor space has a dining table for 4 as well as 2 lounge chairs.  Enjoy relaxing in the shade or evening games night.  Surrounded by large palm trees, the terrace feels like a private haven with the cool ocean breeze giving respite from the tropical sun.

Back inside, the principal bedroom sits just off the living space and also has direct access to the covered terrace.  It has beautiful wood furnishings, a king bed, and a large flat-screen TV.  The spacious ensuite bathroom has two sinks, a large shower, and a walk-in closet.

Separated from the principal bedroom, the other 2 bedrooms are accessed down a hallway from the kitchen.  The floorplan is great for guests that want to have some space between sleeping quarters.  The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two single beds.  Both rooms have ample clothes storage and closet space.  These bedrooms share a 3-piece bathroom with a large shower.  The unit also has a stackable washer/dryer.

The Location⁣
Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach or take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.
