The Space ⁣
L1108 is a 1 bedroom condo located on the second floor, featuring a large terrace that overlooks the quieter pool in the development.  The kitchen, dining, and living space spans one side of the condo, with large sliding doors letting in lots of natural light through the day.  The palm trees in front of the terrace provide privacy and shade throughout the day.  The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and breakfast bar seating for 4.  The living room has a large sectional sofa and smart TV.  On the terrace is a dining table for 4 as well as 2 lounge chairs and an electric grill.

Back inside, the primary bedroom takes up the other half of the condo.  Access from the living room or enjoy direct access from the terrace.  There is a large 4-poster king bed plus lots of storage space between the dresser and walk-in closet.  Of the bedroom is the ensuite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and water closet.

NOTE – There is a sleeper sofa in this unit but we recommend this space is only used for children traveling with parents.  The only bathroom is in the unit is accessed through the primary bedroom.  There is no second entrance to the bathroom through the living space.

The condo has a central air conditioning system and high-speed internet access.  Just pack your bags and enjoy!

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣
