The Space
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has loads of space and a massive balcony that overlooks the lifestyle pools. The main living space has a large kitchen with breakfast bar seating, a dishwasher, and a laundry closet with a stackable washer/dryer.  Continue into the dining space with seating for 6 and a comfortable living room with floor to ceiling sliding doors to the covered balcony.  Off the main living space are a full bathroom and two of the bedrooms – one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds.  Adjacent to the living space is the spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and access to the balcony.  There is also a large, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and vanity with double sinks.  The unit can comfortably sleep 6 and is one of the closest buildings to the pedestrian gate, for easy access to town.  

The Location⁣
Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR takes one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣

Getting Around
Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building.  It’s also a very walkable location!  You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)
