The Space⁣
Set on the second floor of the peaceful Clubside buildings, this 3-bedroom condo is an end unit with peek-a-boo ocean views.  ⁣Enjoy the peace and quiet of this three-bedroom condo tucked on the hillside in the Pacifico development.  The Clubside units are unique in that they sit back from the hustle and bustle of Pacifico but still have access to all of the amenities of the development.

Just inside the main entry is the first bedroom with a 2 twin beds, that can be converted in a king bed upon request, and clothes storage in both a dresser and a large closet. There is half bath off the hall between this bedroom and the main living space. The second bedroom sits just outside the bathroom and has a queen bed and a large closet.  Just outside the second bedroom is a full bathroom and a closet with a stacked washer/dryer. The primary suite sits off the living/dining space and has a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and bathroom with soaking tub, shower stall, water closet, and double sinks.

This open kitchen/living space is bright and airy with windows along the length of the condo that let in loads of natural light.  The kitchen has full-size appliances, breakfast bar seating, and all the amenities of home.  Beyond the kitchen is a living room with flatscreen TV and large comfortable seating area.  There is also a dining table that seats 4, before heading to the enclosed terrace.  This space has been glassed in to provide peace and privacy.  It has a lovely conversation set for morning coffee or evening beverages.  Enjoy watching the sunset from your terrace and peek-a-book ocean views.

The unit has high-speed internet and central air throughout.
