The Space⁣
This stylish condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a dedicated covered parking spot.  The unit sits on a hillside and has ocean views while being just a quick walk to any of the 4 massive pools, jacuzzi, and poolside bar and grill in the complex.  The Clubside buildings are great for those that want the amenities of PACIFICO but prefer a quieter location away from the hustle and bustle of the main pools.

The unit is accessed from the covered parking area, up just one flight of stairs.  With a keyless entry lock, guests can self-check-in at the unit.  Enter into the open concept kitchen, dining, and living room.  The well-equipped kitchen has granite counters, full size appliances, and breakfast bar seating for 5.  There is also a lovely live-edgo dining table for 6 just before the comfortable living space with a large sectional sofa and smart flatscreen TV.  The living space opens to a covered ocean view terrace that is surrounded by palm trees and tropical foliage where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy outdoor dining with a view of the pacific ocean.

Just off the living space is the oceanview principal bedroom with a king bed with flatscreen TV and chromecast and a large ensuite bathroom with a lage soaking tub, an oversized shower stall, a water closet, and double vanity.  The second bedroom sits at the front of the unit and also has a king bed with a walk-in closet.  The newly renovated second full bath with a large shower, as well as a closet with a stacked washer/dryer sits just off the second bedroom.  The layout of the condo is great for couples and families that want space between sleeping quarters.

The Location⁣
Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.
