This stylish and tastefully decorated condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a dedicated underground parking spot.  The unit sits on a hillside and has views of the beautiful gardens and treetops.

The living room has a full-size sofa bed adding additional sleeping for up to 5 total in this condo.  The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and full-size appliances.

The master bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a large walk-in closet. The second bathroom is just outside this bedroom making this perfect for 2 couples or singles.

The condo is just a quick walk to any of the 4 massive pools, jacuzzi, and poolside bar and grill in the complex.

Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR takes one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR).  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.
