This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sits in the beautiful Clubside buildings of PACIFICO.  Just a quick walk to the pools and amenities, but set back from the action to allow for peace and quiet during your stay.  This condo opens to a fully equipped kitchen, dining space for 4, and a comfortable living area … all leading out the private covered balcony.  The condo features rich wood accents and colors that create a tropical feel in this condo.  This hillside condo is located on the first floor of the building with views of the beautiful gardens and treetops.  It also includes a dedicated underground parking spot.

Back inside, the condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.  The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed and spacious ensuite bathroom with a massive soaking tub.  The second bedroom sits at the front of the unit and has a queen bed and large closet space.  Just outside the second bedroom is a closet with a stackable washer/dryer as well as a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.  This condo is a great location for those wanting the amenities of PACIFICO while still enjoy a more private location.

The Location⁣
Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.
