The Space
Enjoy shade all day in this second-floor end unit with a spacious covered terrace.  The location is perfect for those that want to be close to the pool but not sitting directly facing it.  All just steps from the beach and the amenities of the Las Palmas neighborhood.  Plus 100Mbps download and 6Mbps upload wifi is perfect for those that need to work remotely or are on a studycation!

Inside, the condo has beautiful vaulted ceilings throughout, making this one-floor unit seem even larger than the ample square footage.  Enter into the living room with a comfortable sofa bed and flat-screen TV.  The open living space carries into the dining area with seating for 6, and a galley kitchen with a 4-burner cooktop, microwave, and fridge.  The master bedroom has a queen bed and a 4-piece en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with the second bathroom just outside the door.  The community has a large pool, covered rancho, and complimentary community laundry.

The Location
Jade Beach C is just a 1-minute walk to two large plazas that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, and more!  Cross the street and you’re on the beach path to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR).  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
