The Space
Casa TexVol is a sprawling one-level home in the gated community of Hermosa Heights with a mix of modern and contemporary colonial styles.  Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walkout access to a 60ft long covered terrace leading to the infinity-edge pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean.  With breathtaking views from every bedroom, they’ll be no need to draw straws to see who gets the best bedroom in this home!

The main entrance opens to a rotunda-style room with soaring ceilings and massive windows showing off amazing oceanviews.  The living space has a comfortable sofa and several wingback chairs, along with a 60″ flat-screen TV.  The room leads to the gorgeous kitchen with beautiful cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and every kitchen amenity you can think of.  There is breakfast bar seating for 3 or serve up a feast at the grand dining table with seating for 6.  Just off the dining area is a large laundry room with access to the double car garage, available to guests during their stay.  Just inside the main entry is a half bath as well.

The living space opens to the MASSIVE terrace with outdoor dining, a gas grill, a swim-up bar, a jetted jacuzzi area and plenty of lounge chairs and conversation sets … all with unparalleled views of Playa Hemosa and the Gulf of Papagayo.

Back inside, the bedrooms are off of a long hallway in a separate wing of the home.  The first two bedrooms have queen beds, soaring ceilings and beautiful ensuite bathrooms with glass shower stalls.  The last bedroom would be considered the primary bedroom with a king bed and larger en-suite featuring a oceanview jetted tub.  All bedrooms have 42″ flat-screen TVs with cable, large closets, natural almond wood floors and sliding doors opening to the pool terrace with sweeping ocean view beyond.

This home is absolutely stunning and offers every amenity a family or group of friends could want on vacation.

Getting Around
Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.

The Location⁣
Hermosa Heights is a gated development with a mix of smaller villas and large private homes.  At the entrance to the development, there is a coffee shop, day spa, and even a movie theatre!  Inside the development is a community pool with waterslides, an 18-Hole mini-golf course, and basketball courts.  The development sits just 1km from the beach.

Playa Hermosa is a small community just 25-minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR) and has a spectacular beachfront featuring many delicious restaurants.  It’s a great launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours departing from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.  You can head just a few minutes south to the conveniences of Playas del Coco with several grocery stores, many restaurants, bars, and shops.
