The Space
Privacy and nature surround this comfy 3-bedroom villa nestled in the hills of the Hermosa Heights development.  This standalone villa offers amazing views of the Pacific Ocean ahead of you and peaceful, wooded areas around you.  The villa features local woodworking throughout – from the vaulted ceilings to the kitchen cabinetry to the locally made furniture – as well as local art and colorful paintings throughout.

Enter from your private driveway/parking area to the outdoor patio with a waterfall edge pool that spans the entire front of the villa, and then some!  The covered patio is a perfect spot for dining, lounging, and watching the sunset.  Inside is an inviting open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and a 6-person dining area.  The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, as well as breakfast bar seating for 2.  Plenty of dishes and small appliances ensure you can cook up a storm on vacation.  The living area has a large L-shaped couch with smart TV, plus a small desk for those that need to telework or study during their stay.

The 3 bedrooms sit at the back of the villa and are perfectly spaced for utmost privacy.  To the right is the large primary bedroom with a king bed and views of the woods, the pool, and the ocean!  This room also features an ensuite with a jacuzzi bathtub and a stackable washer/dryer.

Head to the left from the living space to the remaining two bedrooms and bathroom.  The first bedroom has a queen bed and nature views as well as a large closet for storage.  Between the two bedrooms is the second full bathroom with a large shower stall and beautiful wooden ceilings.  Continue further down the hall to the final bedroom with 2 twin beds and plenty of storage.

Getting Around
Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.

The Location⁣
Hermosa Heights is a gated development with a mix of smaller villas and large private homes.  At the entrance to the development, there is a coffee shop, day spa, and even a movie theatre!  Inside the development is a community pool with waterslides, an 18-Hole mini-golf course, and basketball courts.  The development sits just 1km from the beach.

Playa Hermosa is a small community just 25-minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR) and has a spectacular beachfront featuring many delicious restaurants.  It’s a great launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours departing from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.  You can head just a few minutes south to the conveniences of Playas del Coco with several grocery stores, many restaurants, bars, and shops.
