The Space
This single-level home has stunning ocean views from the hills overlooking Playa Hermosa. It features a gated private entrance, 2 car garage, 3 master suites, 3.5 baths and incredible ocean views throughout. The open concept living space has a room of the house is a beautifully furnished living room with a wall of windows and sliding doors that open to the terrace for that true indoor/outdoor feel. The kitchen has stainless appliances, a gas range, a large island seating for 6 and a pass-through window leading to the outdoor dining space.

The master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet and large en suite bathroom. The bedroom walks out to a terrace and directly out to the large jetted pool. The second bedroom features a queen bed, large closet and en suite bathroom. The third master features 2 twin beds that can be converted to a King bed (upon request), a large closet and an en suite bathroom.  All bedrooms have incredible ocean views and large sliding glass doors leading to their own private patios.

Outside, enjoy over 800 square feet of additional living space on the large covered terrace. Comfortable patio furniture and lounge chairs, an 8 person dining table and an outdoor kitchen with bbq, fridge and sink. The large infinity-edge pool features a tanning shelf, jetted section with bench seating and the main pool area big enough to swim your morning laps.

GETTING AROUND
Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.

The Location⁣
Playa Hermosa is a small community just 25-minutes from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia.  It has a spectacular beachfront featuring many delicious restaurants.  It’s a great launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.  You can head just a few minutes south to the conveniences of Playas del Coco with several grocery stores, many restaurants, bars and shops.
