Casa Bosque is a brand new 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house that backs onto a beautiful natural area.  It combines the benefits of a private home with the amenities of the  PACIFICO gated community … just a few minutes from the beach!  The layout of this home sets the living space and the 3 bedrooms in separate wings.  The sound from the living area doesn’t travel down the bedroom corridor so you can enjoy peace and quiet in the bedrooms and not have to worry about keeping the volume down in the living space.

Head inside through the grand entrance and you are facing the beautiful outdoors. The L-shaped sliding doors connect the living space with the covered patio, pool area, and wooded surroundings.  There is a comfortable lounge area, gas BBQ, and an official quarter lap pool.  Listen to the howler monkeys, grill up dinner or get your laps in.  There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after days at the beach.

Back inside is the large living space with soaring ceilings.  The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and quartz counters with seating for 3.  A large, custom-made Guanacaste wood dining table completes the space. Off the kitchen is the living room with a large sectional sofa and TV.

Down the bedroom corridor, you’ll find the 3 bedrooms, each equipped with king beds and access to their own bathrooms.  The first two bedrooms have ample closet space and sliding patio doors to the pool area.  The principal bedroom is at the end of the hallway and offers a large walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, and sliding patio doors to the pool area.  

This home features gorgeous local wood furniture and stunning artwork.  It’s perfect for groups of friends, couples, or a family that prefer their own space over a cramped hotel room.

The Location⁣
Enjoy the benefits of a standalone home with a private pool plus the conveniences of PACIFICO – Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers hiking trails and a children’s play area while being just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach or take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Getting Around
Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car or golf cart for their stay, which we can assist with! The homes section of Pacifico is a 20-30 minute walk to the main gate.  There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club.
